It was just an ideal choice for a temporary stay in Doncaster with attractive and competitive value for money. The room had a nice microwave and ice machine on our floor, which was really convenient. If you're a light sleeper, try to book an upstairs room to avoid noise from above.

great location but limited comfort for longer stays
The view from our room displayed the surrounding wildlife and created a unique ambiance. The Hive offered a variety of facilities, making it convenient for our needs. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall experience.
The King Room felt more like a standard room, especially for the price.

I truly appreciated the modern decor and tranquil atmosphere of the Hex Wildlife Hotel At Yorkshire Wildlife Park, as everything was thoughtfully designed for relaxation and ease of access, making it perfect for seniors like myself.
More information about accessibility would be helpful.

missingWrote a review on 14 Septpoor cleanlinessinconvenient reception
The reception being across the courtyard added unnecessary inconvenience, especially after a tiring day. Cleanliness fell short. finding a used baby dummy in the room and witnessing mold around the bathroom tiles was disheartening. The air conditioning was noisy and set uncomfortably warm upon check-in, making sleep challenging, and I’d have preferred windows that could open for fresh air.

Perfect for Families with Wildlife Access
We stayed just one night in the family room with a balcony, and it was fantastic! The space was ideal for our kids – they loved the bunk bed, and having a fridge made our stay even easier. Being right next to the wildlife park allowed us to see the animals first thing in the morning without the crowds, which was a highlight. it would be great if there was better parking access for families with young children.

we absolutely loved our stay at hex wildlife hotel! the room was really spacious, clean, and comfy. It had a nice view of the wildlife park. the breakfast was brilliant, we had a buffet and everything tasted spot on. all the staff were super friendly and polite, really made us feel welcome! also, the atmosphere in the bistro was nice and cozy.
the parking was a bit far from the hotel which was tough with our bags and kid. also, sometimes the service was slow in the bistro even when it wasn't busy.

Family adventure seekers unite!
The hotel provided an unexpected luxury with air-conditioned rooms which was a lifesaver after a hot day at the park. Plus, the breakfast buffet? It had everything, from fresh fruit to unique jams, and I felt like I was dining like royalty every morning!
It wasn't cheap, but honestly? It was worth every penny.

Fantastic family-friendly stay with excellent dining!
We had a brilliant night in a family room that offered stunning views. My son was thrilled with the dinosaur-themed restaurant, and the staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring our large party had everything we needed. The breakfast had a fantastic selection. The only downside was the limited parking available for such a busy season.
